Public consultation meeting

Public consultation took place on 29 of May 2012 at the headquarters of Institute of Geography and Spatial Organisation Polish Academy of Scientists (IGiPZ PAN), Twarda 51/55 street. The subject of the consultation were problems of Ursynów district and possible options to solve or mitigate their effects. Particular attention was paid to the conditions of life of the inhabitants, including in particular the problem of an insufficient number of parking spaces on housing estates of the eighties, possibilities of development new functions of public space on residential areas and the role of citizens in the management of public spaces on housing estates. The meeting was attended by Mayor of Ursynów District Piotr Guział, representatives of local government, scientists from Warsaw University of Technology, University of Warsaw and IGiPZ PAN.
