    1. Improved provision of local cultural and social events.

      Once is the reconstruction finished, visitors will have oportunity to get to know traditional folk elements, with emphasis on folk costumes and traditional life in Púchov valley and Hornolidečsko region. Excerpt folk costumes the house will show documents and photographs and many specifications from around the region, bringing the rich history to visitors. The house is also planned to have a stage for folk festivals, theatricals and presentations from both sides of the border.

    2. Improved condition & quality of the public space between the blocks of flats.

      The project aims to complete overall Cultural house reconstruction and modernisation which is today in poor state. The object is mounted on plot nr. 172 and lays next to state road nr.1/49 in direction Úchov – Zlín. Capacity of the reconstructed house will be 92 seats on balcony. Existing single purpose space is turned into multifunctional area able to meet demands of various cultural events. The project includes construction of new expanded areas of the cultural house, and plans to remove areas and partitions which do not serve the new purpose and are not needed.

    3. Improved attractiveness of the architecture of the socialist buildings.
    4. Identified new functions for structures from the era of socialism in 1945 - 1989).

      Reconstruction of this socialistic Culture house will significantly improve cultural life in the region. The house will become a place for social inclusion. The cultural traditon house will bring wider spectrum of services to its visitors.


    Original socialistic Culture house will be after reconstruction operationalised and will widen its cultural and social services for local comunity as well as for visitors.
