Jelšava town belongs to towns with high representation of marginalized gypsy comunity integrated directly in the town, in this case in Kejďák borough. At this time Kejďák has tree houses devided in 13 flats. Each house is connected to elektricity through two electrometers. This means, that elektricity consumption is evenly devided among residents by central distribution measurement. Existing internal wiring are in dilapidated condition and do not guarantee safe and reliable operation and do not meet required standards.
