    II. TYPOLOGY
    1. Improved provision of local cultural and social events.

      The aim of the project was the improvement of problematic areas especially from the architectural and aesthetical point of view. It was also focused on the traffic solution and on the social, functional, spatial and environmental area. Before the project implementation two working meeting and public discussion with local residents were carried out.

    2. Improved condition & quality of the public space between the blocks of flats.

      After the reconstruction of adjacent resting point and the playgrounds, the number of cultural and social opportunities was significantly increased in the area. Parking spaces has been renovated, the resting point was planted with the greenery and the nearby parterre was adjusted. In addition, stone colonnade and a space for walking the dogs were built up. Street furniture was added. The public space now serves as a meeting place and a place for sports and leisure time activities.

    3. Improved attractiveness of the architecture of the socialist buildings.
    4. Improved involvement of the local community in events organized in its quarter.

      The results of the public meetings served as a basis for project documentation and were incorporated into the final study. Apart from that, a survey among local residents was conducted. After the final implementation, the project was presented to the public.
