    1. Improved provision of local cultural and social events.

In the beginning of December 2009 an extensive restoration of three playgrounds (situated between block of flats close to the parking lot and kindergarten) in Cihlářova street was completed. These three playgrounds (for football and volleyball activities) were used by the local inhabitants for sports activities. Prague 12 Metropolitan district decided that within the long term project called “Restoration of sports facilities in Prague 12" to restore two frequently used sports playground. The third one was covered with grass and is maintain as a green area. This sports area now server as a place for social and sports events.

    2. Improved condition & quality of the public space between the blocks of flats.

After the project implementation the condition and quality of the previously neglected sports playground has been significantly improved: - sports facilities for volleyball and basketball activities were built, - sports field for soccer was established, - insulation made of greenery was planted.

    3. Improved attractiveness of the architecture of the socialist buildings.
    4. Identified new functions for structures from the era of socialism in 1945 - 1989).

The main aim of the project implementation was to enhance the safety of the playgrounds and to improve the environment of surrounding residential area. Big football and volleyball playgrounds were equipped with new gravel surface and brand new fenced was put up. Safety nets which surround the sports centre are made of special material that absorbs the noise and are resistant to vandalism. On the big playground the football goals were changed and on the small one the basketball baskets were repaired.
